Wrong anthems played three times at Asian Para Games in Japan

• The Iranian national anthem was mistakenly played for athletes from Taiwan and Mongolia.
• The South Korean national anthem was played instead of the Chinese anthem during a women's sitting volleyball match.
• Nagoya's mayor issued an apology for the errors, which occurred shortly after the Asian Games.
