San Francisco Centre Proposed for AI Exhibit Conversion

• Developers propose converting San Francisco Centre into a 'community-based AI exhibit'.
• The 350,000-square-foot portion of the mall, once home to Bloomingdale's, is targeted for the project.
• The proposal comes as Downtown San Francisco shows signs of revival post-pandemic.
• The project aims to address the city's struggle with vacant buildings and homelessness.
• The firm is working with an unidentified partner for the conversion.
