Fox Corp. Legal Chief Adam Ciongoli Stepping Down, Nicholas Trutanich to Succeed

• Adam Ciongoli, Fox Corp.'s Chief Legal and Policy Officer, will step down effective December 1, 2023.
• Nicholas Trutanich, currently EVP and Principal Deputy General Counsel, will succeed Ciongoli as General Counsel.
• Ciongoli will continue as a special advisor to Fox Corp. until June 2028.
• Trutanich will report directly to Fox CEO Lachlan Murdoch.
• Ciongoli has helped steer the company through several lawsuits involving allegations of election falsehoods.
