EQT to Acquire Range Resources in $50bn Gas Deal

• EQT Corp. agreed to buy Range Resources Corp. in an all-stock deal.
• The combined company is valued at more than $50 billion.
• The deal will create the largest natural gas producer in the US.
• The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2023.
