Delhi to Ban Non-BS6 Vehicles from NCR Starting November 1

  • Delhi plans to prohibit entry of vehicles not meeting BS6 emission standards in NCR from November 1.
  • Over 10 lakh vehicles in Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad may be affected.

  • Approximately 50,000 commercial vehicles in both Gurgaon and Faridabad do not meet BS6 standards.
  • Daily commuters and commercial vehicle owners in affected areas will be impacted.
