ChatGPT Extension Updated to Access Open Chrome Tabs

• ChatGPT's Chrome extension has been updated to access open browser tabs when tagged in the app.
• OpenAI released a demo video showing the feature in action, where a user asks ChatGPT to compare three open tabs.
• This update comes after the removal of the Atlas browser, which previously allowed similar functionality.
• Google is also updating its AI search results to make inline links more prominent, aiming to address concerns about reduced traffic to publishers.
• The changes in both AI tools reflect ongoing efforts to enhance user interaction and information accessibility.
