Ashton Taylor Named National Athlete of the Week

• Ashton Taylor, a junior running back for Trinity (KY), was named the National Athlete of the Week.

• Trinity has remained nearly untouchable since a one-possession loss to Baylor (TN) on Sept. 11.
• The team closed out the regular season with consecutive shutouts, including a 49-0 win over Oldham County on Oct. 23.
• Taylor's standout performance in the 49-0 win contributed to his recognition.
